We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jim Shore collectibles; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all handcrafted items are returned in their original packaging to maintain their value and prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the specific figurine or home decor item you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item in its original Jim Shore branded box with all protective foam inserts, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
